<p>Dealers that use AutoAccelerator CRM can quickly evaluate each vehicle being traded in in less time, thereby speeding up the sales process and enhancing customer satisfaction.  The product incorporates both local data and vehicle specific information in one place to help dealers make smarter buying assessments.</p>
<p>In addition to the KBB used vehicle evaluations, the evaluation data will be used within AutoAccelerator CRM to produce Equity Alerts for customers in a dealership’s database.  During a weekly, systematic process, purchased vehicles’ values will be updated to current KBB Trade In Good Values.  This value is systematically compared to the vehicle’s estimated payoff and an equity position is calculated.  Previously sold customers entering positive equity each week will generate alerts for the assigned salesperson in AutoAccelerator CRM.</p>

CFM’s Owner Retention and AutoAccelerator CRM are now participating applications in the Third-Party Access Program, at the Managed Bi-Directional Integration level. This means that CFM operates at the highest level of integration available for ADP Dealer Management Systems (DMS).</p>

<li>There will be no need for 3rd party software to be installed and maintained at a computer at the dealership</li>
